All Policies

Appointment Policy: 
• Please arrive on time and with clean lashes/nails. On very busy days, I will not have time to thoroughly clean your lashes or remove your nails as I work back to back appointments.

 

• If you arrive to your appointment with nails or lashes done by a different tech I unfortunately will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged the full price.

 

• I do not offer refills or removal of nails/lashes that have been done by a different nail/lash tech.

 

• Removal of eye makeup will now be an extra €5 charge as I more than likely will run late into my next appointment, which isn’t fair on anyone.

 

• There will be a 24hr reminder text/email sent to your phone so if you can’t make you appointment please let me know as soon as you can.

 

• Clients that don’t show up without letting me know prior to their appointment won’t be given an appointment with me in the future.

 

• Clients that book multiple appointments with me and cancel them without a reason, will be blocked off the booking system and will not be given an appointment with me again.

 

• I understand things happen so there will be a 15 minute grace period, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment unfortunately it will have to be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount. Please let me know if you will be running a few minutes late.

 

• In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the outcome of your treatment you will need to inform me before leaving the salon.

 

• If there is any issues after the appointment you will need to inform me within 48 hours after your treatment.

 

• Patch tests for lash extensions are recommended. Patch tests are done by placing a few extensions on to your natural lashes. Although this is not a proper indication that you will not react to a full set of lashes.

 

• No plus ones will be will be allowed to your appointment. There is a waiting area outside for only one person and I cannot have anyone sitting outside for the whole duration of your appointment.

 

Deposit Policy: 

• All clients must pay a deposit prior to their appointment. A confirmation text will be sent to all clients as soon as they book their appointment to pay the deposit.

 

• I will not be chasing people for deposits, I will only send out reminders if you haven’t paid your deposit. And if it’s still not paid 48hrs prior to the appointment it will be cancelled and passed on. **Please text me if you are having trouble paying the deposit.**

 

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, Deposits will be refundable or transferrable *only* if given enough notice.

 

• Please check your texts/email/Fresha app for any updates about your appointment. If you are not sure please text me on Instagram.

 

Cancellation fees:

• Clients can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance. Late cancellation means your deposit will be kept and a further cancellation fee of €10 will have to be paid. No shows will be charged 100% of the payment.

 • If you cancel on the day of your appointment, full payment will have to be incurred. No further appointments will be booked until the payment is made. 

 

Payments:

Remaining balance can be paid via the booking system(card) or cash on the day of your appointment. Please bring exact change if paying with cash. Thank you!

 

Directions:

Please plan accordingly to make it on time. When you arrive parking is on the street. Please give yourself enough time to park & pay.

I am located in the ZAS Salon upstairs so whenever you’re ready you can come in and if you arrive early I have a waiting area outside my room upstairs.

 

Evening Appointments:

The salon closes at 6pm, if you have an appointment after 6pm please do not panic if you see the salon is closed. I haven’t forgotten! Send me a text when you’re outside and I will come down to you.
